Na het succes van de kookboeken Topkoks voor Thuiskoks Deel 1 & 2, met een opbrengst van bijna 1.200.000 euro oftewel ca. 5 miljoen maaltijden voor de kinderen in Malawi, kon een derde versie van het kookboek in 2009 niet uitblijven. The proceeds of the cookbook go to the School Feeding project in Malawi run by the World Food Programme (WFP). With each cookbook sold 40 children in Malawi receive a nutritious meal at school.
